Three of your favorite Boston restaurants are turning ten this year, and they’re celebrating the best way possible — with lots of fried chicken. For their tenth birthday, State Park is hosting Asta and Sarma for two nights of fried chicken specials to celebrate all three of their anniversaries. The first special will run Monday, November 13th and feature a duo of sliders including a fried chicken slider from Asta with tangy sauce and shrettuce on a biscuit and a chicken katsu slider from the team at State Park with pickled shiitakes, mayo, shrabbage and katsu sauce. The second special will be available Tuesday, November 14th and feature a duo of nugz: sesame fried chicken with dried green chiles and tahini remoulade from Sarma and Tabasco honey fried chicken from State Park.
