A Clambake at the Collection

Head out to Natick and enjoy a good old fashioned clambake, at Sel de la Terre that is. On Wednesday, July 27th chef Daniel Bojorquez and crew plan to cook up a mess of oysters, mussels, steamers, lobsters, sole and crab, not to mention all the corn on the cob, potato salad, grilled chorizo and asparagus that’ll also grace the table.
