Scheduled for Friday, January 14th, the festive occasion features dishes like Katama Bay oysters, sea scallops with acorn squash, local cranberries and Tokyo turnip, along with lamb with spiced fennel, potato gnocchi and mint oil. The pours include tantalizing sips like Bisol Crede Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut, Sottimano Mate Rosso, and Giacomo Borgogno & Figli Barolo for dessert.
