November In the Kitchen at Rustic Kitchen

During the month of November, host chef Catherine O’Brien will be exploring the flavors of fall in Rustic Kitchen‘s Friday night In the Kitchen series. Using autumnal pasta dishes fresh from Executive Chef Tom Holloway‘s recipe book, O’Brien will walk guests through the preparation of whole wheat ravioli stuffed with duck confit, Granny Smith apples, fontina cheese and spinach served in a duck brodo; and a granny smith apple, frisée and toasted hazelnut salad. Participants will also get to sample Guenoc Petite Sirah from California’s Central Coast, which pair perfectly with this autumnal meal.
