Sugar Shack Dinner

Stitchdown Farm Website

Early spring is one of the best times for a get-out-of-the-city road trip and on Saturday, April 6th, you’ll want to make sure your gas tank is full. Get as close as you can to a complete Canadian maple syrup experience without crossing the border at Stitchdown Farm’s Sugar Shack Dinner with chef Dan Amighi of Cafe Du Pays. He’ll be heading to Bethel, VT to prepare three courses featuring made-on-site, small batch, wood-fired maple syrup and local veal & pork from nearby Longest Acres Farm. After snacks and sips around the fire, join Amighi at the table, where each plate is paired with wine from La Garagista. Attire for the evening is outdoorsy chic — make sure you’ve got on boots (it may be muddy) and plenty of layers as the glasshouse is unheated and uninsulated. Snatch up the last remaining tickets for $200 per person (plus a processing fee) before it’s too late.
