There’s only one Boston-based episode left before Top Chef bids adieu to the Hub for their three-part finale in Mexico – catch all the action at Catalyst, where the episode was filmed, at their viewing party on Wednesday, January 21st. The show airs at 9:00pm but the festivities at the Technology Square restaurant start at 7:00pm. You can expect tasty nibbles like crispy duck and zaatar yogurt from chef William Kovel as well as specialty cocktails made with liquid nitrogen (a nod to the episode’s food-and-innovation theme.
