Join Bar Manager, Ryan Lotz, on Sunday, October 19th as he reviews the history of this communal libation and demonstrates the tips and trends that make for a perfect punch bowl. Enjoy light snacks from Barbara Lynch’s culinary team while Lotz breaks down all the elements of a successful punch, including what type of ice to use and his secret weapon – the citrus and sugar combination called “oleo saccharum.” This class will make you the envy of your neighbors and help you get through any family gathering with aplomb.
