Behold: The Backroom

In addition to doing an open call for all sorts of front and back-of-house positions, The Backroom (sister restaurant to Joshua Smith’s award-winning deli & charcuterie house, Moody’s), is starting to come together. The wood-fired grill and oven is in place and the dining room and bar are starting to take shape. They expect to be open and shattering all expectations in April.
