Wine Wednesdays at Sel de la Terre Long Wharf

Venture down to Sel de la Terre’s State Street location on any upcoming Wednesday evening for one of chef Geoff Gardner’s Wine Wednesdays. The weekly wine dinners get a heartier feel during the winter months – what with the cold weather and the approaching holiday season – but chef de cuisine BJ Salazar and sommelier Erik Johnson have put together menus and pairings that will give diners reason to ignore even the strongest impulse to hunker down.
