On Wednesday, June 28th, Kendall Square’s beloved Commonwealth is teaming up with the Lamplighter Brewing Company for a four-course beer dinner, which kicks off at 6:30pm. The local microbrewery and taproom, perhaps best known for putting funky twists on traditional ales, is expertly pairing their favorite brews with chef de cuisine Ellie Campbell’s four courses, offered at $65 per person. Seasonal dishes like snap pea Greek cucumber salad, lobster tart, smoked sausage with raspberry sauerkraut and roasted pork loin with wheatberries and turnips are in the works, and guests can look forward to a surprise sweet treat to top off the evening.
