To combat the cold weather, chef Jeremy Sewall is launching Oven Week at Lineage. Book a table or grab a seat at the bar (in front of the wood-oven, if you really want to chase the chill away) to warm up over toasty dishes of oak-roasted persimmons with spiced hazelnuts, whipped mascarpone and maple; or wood oven pizza with duck confit, caramelized onion, roasted red pepper and Manchego. If you need additional warming agents, they’ll be pouring a few big bold reds by the glass over which to get cozy.
