Sip on sparkling wines from Schramsberg Vineyards all summer long in the Culinary Garden at The Inn at Hastings Park. In partnership with Classic Wine Imports, the garden will highlight New England’s seasonal fare paired with an assortment of wines from the Napa Valley powerhouse — known for their fine and complex handcrafted sparkling wines made in the true méthode champenoise style.
Open for the season now through October, the Culinary Garden will offer lots of outdoor seating surrounded by a garden filled with basil, chives, parsley and other herbs, plus a wooden fence to create an intimate, natural setting for lunches, dinners, Saturday high tea and Sunday brunches. You’ll find all the items in the garden incorporated into the seasonal menu curated by executive chef Alissa Tsukakoshi — you can expect to find items like Pemaquid Oysters with lemongrass, chilis, pea shoots and pomelo, Chilled Beet Soup with creme fraiche, crab and chives, and Risotto with peas, parmesan and preserved lemon. You can make a reservation here for lunch and dinner Wednesday through Friday 11:30am-2:00pm and 5:00-8:00pm, Saturday High Tea 11:00am-3:00pm and for Sunday brunch 10:00am-2:00pm.
