The good folks at the Duxbury Bay raw bar that you love all summer and fall have done some winterizing and have an all-new indoor raw bar to make all your shellfish dreams come true. Head to the farm at 403 Washington Street in Duxbury and get your tastebuds primed for a pile of bivalves literally plucked fresh from the briney deep, plus a smattering of other seafood dishes like ceviche, clam chowder, their own tinned fish, and seafood cocktail (check out the full menu here). If you want to learn more about their oyster farming and caviar operation, book a 90-minute tour here for $75 and work up an appetite, then order at the counter and settle into one of the cozy couches for a little feasting around the wood stove — no matter what the weather might be.
The oyster bar will be open Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to 10:00pm and Sunday from 12:00 to 8:00pm.
