If you’re in the market for something more cocktail-y, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and in-house wine guru Julia Casale has amped up the beverage offerings with an eclectic mix of 12 bevvies inspired by Boston’s art and culture scene. Swing by any day of the week after 4:00pm to try the Elixir, a fruity and earthy creation made with Milagro Reposado tequila, kiwi, lime, agave coconut & activated charcoal foam (inspired by Jaume Plensa’s sculpture the Alchemist at MIT). Or if you’re in the midst of Dry January, try the Leonessa a mocktail made with Umbria espresso date Syrup, Orange Tonic and candied orange (inspired by the pair of lions at the Boston Public Library).
