Premiere on Broadway Debuts

Premiere on Broadway

On Thursday, August 5th the doors of Premiere on Broadway are finally opening! With Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti (most recently of Eataly) leading the culinary team and Martin Fernande (formerly of The Beehive) crafting cocktails, the luxurious (and super spacious) Italian-American eatery/live music venue (there’s a 600 square foot stage as well as a 1700 square foot dance floor) will soon be Magoun Square next go-to spot for dining, dancing and catching a show.

The dramatic dining room, which can seat 450+, features dark leather, natural woods and elegant chandeliers — creating a dynamic space for family celebrations, a festive, music-filled night out on the town, or weekend brunch. The menu focuses on beloved Italian-American staples with lots of fresh pasta, Sunday Sauce, sausage and charcuterie (which is kind of Bazzinotti’s thing so don’t miss your chance to check out the house-made selections). The kitchen uses some Italian imports but the real focus is on local ingredients including bread from Somerville’s Winter Hill Bakery, locally made mozzarella, and produce from Drumlin Farm in Lincoln as well as Chickering Farm in Westmoreland, New Hampshire.

Premiere on Broadway will be open for dinner Monday-Thursday from 4:00-11:00pm, Friday from 4:00pm-1:00am and Sunday brunch from 10:00am-9:00pm. Soon they’ll be open for dinner, lunch and weekend brunch on Saturdays as well. Take a peek at the menus below and make a reservation online here to be among the first to check ’em out.
