Head to the Tip Tap Room in Beacon Hill or across the Charles to Bukowski’s Cambridge to get your hands on their latest creation: The Gordo Crunch Taco. Chef Brian Poe tasked a dozen local influencers to help him create the masterpiece, which features both a hardshell corn & soft flour tortilla with jalapeño minted American lamb, cheddar & jack cheese, el diablo sauce, cucumber, jalapeño, mint and feta salsa.
