Back and better than ever, Moody’s in Waltham has brought some serious upgrades to their charcuterie game, and the newly minted spot is open for business. The space got a facelift, and there’s an all-new management team keeping things running smoothly (including new executive chef Jeff Howe), but the most delicious changes happened to the menu. Don’t worry, your favorite house-cured meats are still available for eat-in or takeout, but there’s a whole slew of newness in both the Deli and the Backroom. There are creative new salads and veggie dishes for those of you looking to keep things healthfully tasty, along with flatbreads, pastas, and seafood options. The wine list was revamped along with the paint-job, carefully curated by general manager Alex Hage and owner Dan Revers to bring you thoughtful pours from around the world. Come check out the changes seven days a week from 7:00am to 4:00pm in the Deli and 5:00pm to 10:00pm in the Backroom. For more info visit here.
