VIVI’s, Coming Soon to Revere Beach

VIVI's

Maybe you’ve heard the rumors. Or maybe you went to the sneak peek dinner they hosted last week. But it’s official. VIVI’s Tapas Bar, the newest venture from Aldi Companies (the folks behind Dryft and Fine Line), is set to open on Revere Beach at the end of March.

Taking up residence in the space that recently housed Cut21 (at21 Revere Beach Blvd), VIVI’s will feature a menu of flavorful, globally-inspired small plates that encourage sociability (and sharing) among guests while also giving chef Adriano Silva a chance to show off his culinary creativity.

“We recognized the need for a fresh, dynamic approach to dining on Revere Beach,” says owner Michael Aldi, who approached the rebranding as a way to engage the vibrant and wide-ranging tastes of Revere Beach diners. “Building on our legacy at Cut 21, we’ve evolved to meet the desires of our community, embracing a lively, sharing-oriented concept that brings people together in a bigger way.”

The revamped atmosphere incorporates warm wood tones, contemporary wall graphics, and expanded seating throughout. A large communal table provides a focal point for gathering and creating memories, while a drink rail overlooking the water offers picturesque views for those looking to enjoy an oceanside meal or cocktail.

VIVI’s will be open for dinner to start with brunch on the horizon. Check back for more info and menu previews as the opening approaches, and keep an eye on their website and Insta for goings-on and updates.
