La Pescheria Opens at Eataly Boston

Provided by Eataly Boston

Italian cooking meets locally sourced New England seafood at Eataly Boston’s newest restaurant, La Pescheria. That latest concept to join the Back Bay marketplace is helmed by Executive Chef Sam De Los Santos with a focus on no waste (all parts of the fish are used), sustainability (the fishing practices of each local partner have been carefully vetted) and transparency (you can get a peek at what you’re about to eat as fishmongers roll their seafood carts from the fish counter).

The kitchen crew will be working with Island Creek Oysters, Red’s Best, Wulf’s Fish and John Nagle Co. for sourcing to create dishes like crudo, calamari and fish stew, which can all be paired with seafood-friendly wines and cocktails from the spot’s rotating offerings. Come by for your taste of the sea starting Friday, April 26th, and head here for more details on the opening.
