Get a taste of Armenian cuisine at Parish Café with their new sandwich from chef Marc Orfaly, who currently oversees culinary operations at ReelHouse in East Boston. A tribute to Orfaly’s heritage, The Space Boy Shawarma features a charred chicken thigh served on toasted lavash with zaatar onions, parsley, beets, pickled turnips, topped with a Lebanese garlic sauce and tzatziki plus a side kimchi pickled cauliflower salad.
