Hey there, Bloody lovers — here’s your chance to take cocktail crafting into your own hands. Island Creek Oyster Bar’s Burlington outpost has launched a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar exclusively during Sunday brunch.

To start, choose between three different bases: Classic (a traditional tomato base blended with Worcestershire, horseradish, lemon and pepper), Hail Caesar (a slight variation on the classic with clam juice in the mix) and Longport Calling (a combination of mango, coconut, tomato and curry). The next step? Select your spirit — your morning pick-me-up — like vodka, dark rum or mezcal. Last, but not least, get your garnish game on. Head bartender Danna Warman and her team has put together a long list of embellishment options from land to sea with stand-outs like oysters (obviously), half lobster tails, candied bacon and deviled eggs.
