PAGU, the pug-loving Japanese/Spanish tapas spot just outside Central Square, is adding another day of brunch to their weekend offerings. Now Saturday and Sunday diners can enjoy some of chef Tracy Chang’s greatest hits like chicken katsu and the signature squid ink oyster bao as well as a new line of tortillas (herb + smoked salmon, chorizo + aioli, roasted beet, squid ink + lobster, smoked mozzarella + romesco).
In honor of the updated culinary cast, they’re hosting an Instagram contest for a chance to win a PAGU gift card. To enter, 1) post a picture of your PAGU brunch on Instagram from now through Sunday, April 1st and 2) tag @gopagu + use the hashtag #PAGUbrunch. Stop by Saturdays from 11:30am-4:00pm and Sundays from 11:30am-3:00pm, or make a reservation online.
