Island Creek Oyster Bar Opens in Burlington

Island Creek Oyster Bar Burlington

The town of Burlington is about to get another pearl when Island Creek Oyster Bar opens their suburban location on Thursday, November 3rd. Partners Jeremy Sewall, Skip Bennett, Garrett Harker and Shore Gregory are bringing the raw bar goodies (and more) to The District’s dining hub. Executive chef Nicola Hobson (of the Boston ICOB), general manager Erin DiNatale (of Row 34 and ICOB) and bar director Jackson Cannon round out the team. The restaurant will serve market- and seafood-driven lunch and dinner menus with daily crudo and ceviche choices. Guests to the 90-seat dining room can expect plenty of oysters, of course, plus dayboat lobsters, littlenecks, razor clams and other North American ocean specialties. At the 65-seat bar and lounge, sippers can order from sea-friendly craft beer and wine lists, or choose from Cannon’s expertly crafted beverage menu, which counts sparkling cocktails, housemade shrubs, vermouths, Tiki libations and swizzles among the boozy options. Opening hours will be 5:00-10:00pm Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. With three private dining spaces and a 40-seat patio, Island Creek Oyster Bar Burlington can host large and small parties—call 781.761.6500 to book a table and be one of the first.
