Cooking School in Session at Sofra


Spice up your recipe rotation (and hone your skills, as well) with Sofra’s fall-to-winter cooking classes. On Mondays from 6:30-9:30pm, chefs Cara Chigazola, Ana Sortun, Didem Hosgel and Maura Kilpatrick will share tasty tricks of the trade. Topics include Turkish small plates, whole fish cookery, edible gifts and a slew of recipes from the forthcoming Sofra cookbook Soframiz.
