Drink Many for DrinkOne

LUPEC (the Ladies United for the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails) and the USBG (United States Bartenders Guild) team up for DrinkOne, a month-long, booze-filled fundraiser this May. Already underway at watering holes all over the city, the promotion features specialty cocktails from talented bar staff at spots like Back Bar, Casa B, Citizen, Daddy Jones, Franklin Cafe, Franklin Southie, Green Street, The Hawthorne, Il Casale, Island Creek Oyster Bar, Moksa, Park, Russell House Tavern, The Sinclair, Sycamore, Tavern Road, Trina’s Starlite Lounge, The Vault, West Bridge, Silvertone and Eastern Standard. Proceeds from the aforementioned cocktails will be donated to service industry professionals who were impacted by the Marathon bombings. All you have to do is belly up to the bar and order one (or many) before the end of the month. Check the LUPEC site for updates to the list of participants and for details about a final fundraising bash.
