Educational Fun at Formaggio

Looking to some of their artisanal pals in the world of food and drink, the folks at Formaggio have put together an exceptional line-up of classes. While away the days winter boning up on all things delicious – in a hands-on chocolate workshop with the EH Chocolatier people; or a lamb butchery demo with the experts from MF Dulock. Geek out with Harvard microbiologist, Rachel Dutton, in the Science of Cheese Class or master the basics in Cheese 101. They’ve even enlisted the help of some of their favorite chefs: Jeremy Sewall of Lineage, Island Creek Oyster Bar and Eastern Standard will be on-hand to explore the pleasures of Lobster and Oysters, and Gordon Hamersley will walk students through the making of his famous chicken, a staple on the menu at Hamersley’s Bistro since way back in the day.
