Plan yourself a Bastille Day picnic with a little help from the folks at Petit Robert Central. Chef Eric Bogardus and company at the Downtown Crossing restaurant are now taking orders for lovely baskets full of edible French goodies – crusty baguettes, paté, brie en croute and macarons. The portable feasts, which cost $45 each and feed two or three people, will be available for pick-up on the 12th or 13th to be enjoyed whenever or wherever you see fit.
