A Cochon 555 Three-Peat

Congrats to Farmstead‘s Matt Jennings who took the title of Prince of Pork for the third time at yesterday’s Cochon 555. Beating out fellow competitors Will Gilson of Garden at the Cellar, Mary Dumont of Harvest, Barry Maiden of Hungry Mother and Lydia Shire of Locke-Ober and Scampo, Jennings stole the show with a plate of pork-based treats that included chicharron with chorizo pop rocks, a lard-toasted waffle with poutine, fried rilletes, boudin noir and a chocolate-maple sandwich cookie with bacon snow.
