Tonight marks the first night of Hanukkah and the folks of Brookline’s Regal Beagle are fully prepared to celebrate come sundown. To mark the eight day Festival of Lights, bar manager Grant Anderson and co. have dreamed up the eight drinks of Hanukkah, featuring a special cocktail concoction for each of those eight crazy nights. Named after Yiddish numbers, the first of the octuplet, The Eins Drink, will feature Cold River Potato Vodka and Goldschlager with a dash of cinnamon. Each drink, while delicious on its own, is sure to pair perfectly with something yummy from chef Laura Henry Zoubir’s menu so best to hunker down for the evening and make a night of it.
