Now that the weather has finally warmed and the forecast is calling for a few at least slightly-sunny days, get over to Sensing for some quality patio time and a few summery cocktails from their new list. Start off with a Peach Smash – a more casual, close cousin to the julep – which blends rye whiskey, freshly muddled peaches, mint and a hint of sugar. As the sun starts to set, order a Caliente Sunrise for a delicious combination of Serrano-infused Patron Silver tequila, freshly squeezed sparkling orange juice and house-made grenadine. There’re also dressed up versions of the quintessential summer sippers – red and white sangria, and a delicious watermelon daiquiri.
