Sensing Frenchifies the Waterfront

The Waterfront, an area rapidly accruing an impressive number of fine dining destinations, has gained yet another fabulous restaurant with the opening of Sensing at the Fairmont Battery Wharf. French Michelin star chef Guy Martin brings his original Parisian concept to this side of the Atlantic and leaves the menu in the talented hands of chef de cuisine Gerard Barbin.
