See Ming Tsai in action as he puts together episodes for season five of his popular public television show, Simply Ming. You can reserve your front row seat (if you’re over the age of 18) at the Clarke Distribution Corporation in Milford for tapings from Wednesday, June 6th through Tuesday, June 12th. Tickets, which have to be purchased in advance, go for $100 each – with proceeds going to Chefs for Humanity. A couple things to keep in mind: the tapings start at 1:00pm – you should plan on getting there by 12:45 to check in and get settled; and, audience members get a copy of Tsai’s most recent book, but no food sampling is allowed.
