Rialto chef Jody Adams lends a hand this evening by offering her Hungry Sunday menu on a Tuesday as part of the Restaurants for Relief 2 fundraiser for the areas and people most affected by Hurricane Katrina. The $45, three course prix fixe menu allows guests to choose among appetizer options like eggplant sandwiches with pesto and mozzarella; white bean bruschetta with saffron peppers; and prosciutto and mushroom crostini. The evening’s entrée is sole baked with zucchini, tomatoes and corn. Dessert, courtesy of pastry chef Tal Shofman-Schejter is house made semifreddo. Rialto will donate $10 from every supper sold to Share our Strength’s Gulf Coast recovery efforts.
