Harvest Review returns in 2005 with a menu celebrating winter citrus. Pastry chef Molly Hanson hosts the Wednesday, January 19th installment of Harvest’s super popular monthly series paying homage to New England’s farmers, purveyors, seafood, produce and cheese. The evening’s menu includes rock shrimp and artichoke with Meyer lemon aioli, capers and fried parsley; seared salmon with tangerine uni sauce; poached halibut with grapefruit cardamom salsa; and Meyer lemon cake with pomegranate seeds.
