Red Rock Bistro smooths the transition from winter to spring with their weekly Wine & Spirits Series. Every Tuesday, the Swampscott eatery takes on a different vineyard or distillery and plans an entire evening around the featured libation. Each week offers something a little different – maybe it’s a tour through six lovely wines, a brief history of a storied spirit or a lesson in personalized wine blending. Though of course, one constant will be a little something delicious from chef Joe Guarino, whether it’s just a few appetizers, or a multi-course meal. The weekly sessions begin at 7:00pm but prices vary so consult the schedule below and be sure to check out the website for a full listing of events and prices.
