If you fancy a dram or two with a good cut of meat, you won’t want to miss the Whiskey & Steak Dinner coming up at Saloon on Thursday, October 12th. Get yourself to Somerville for four courses of steaky goodness from chef Shayne Nunes and the gang, including Slow Roasted Bone Marrow with Parmesan Breadcrumbs, Herb Aioli, Tallo Rubbed Brioche and Sturgeon Caviar; and an English cut of Herb & Mustard Roasted Prime Rib with Garlicky Broccolini, Poutine Baked Potato, Horseradish, and Beef Gravy. All the steaks are sourced from Brant Farms in California and Sweetwater Farms in Henniker, New Hampshire, and you can take a look at the menu below to get a sneak peek. Dinner costs $150 per person and you can snag a ticket here.
The night kicks off at at 6:00pm with a cocktail hour and each course is paired with a different distilled treat from Old Forrester Distilling Company, plus there’ll be some fun raffle drawings throughout the night.
