Summer is on the way, and on Monday, May 7th, Island Creek Oyster Bar in Burlington wants to help it along with an intimate California Wine Dinner. They’ve invited Jared Brandt, owner and winemaker of Donkey & Goat Winery in Berkeley, to share his sustainable Rhône-inspired wines (and a little knowledge) while you enjoy a five-course, farm-to-table dinner crafted by Chef Matt Celeste.
