Things will be sizzlin’ at Vincent’s the first Tuesday of every month when the cozy Cambridge spot goes Tex-Mex for Fajita Night. From 5:00-9:00pm, you and your posse can choose from a curated selection of on-theme a la carte specials (alongside the regular dinner menu) including sizzlers loaded with veggies, chicken or a combo of octopus and pork belly. Each platter comes with all the fixings including homemade flour tortillas, rice, beans, shredded cheese, chopped lettuce and salsas. And of course, you can pair it all with a marg or Mexican martini to take your Tuesday night to the next level.
