Enjoy a spook-tacular time with the kiddos—over afternoon tea. Town Meeting Bistro at the Inn at Hastings Park is hosting a devilishly dapper midday get-together on Saturday, October 26th. Costumes are encouraged — just make sure yours gives you full use of your hands so you can put your pinkies up while you snack on scones and cookies and a whole array of tea sandwiches.
