Boston blogger Dan Whalen is known for the innovative and unusual recipes that he posts on The Food in My Beard (for example: pierogi burgers, kung pao hot dogs, chicken parm nachos) and those famous fusion dishes are coming to print! In a tot-tastic cookbook, he’s releasing 50 recipes featuring — you guessed it — tater tots. Come meet Dan the Man himself at Precinct Kitchen + Bar on Tuesday, May 15th.
