Tomasso Trattoria takes on truffles and Barolo for their next wine dinner. On Friday, November 4th, the Southborough restaurant will showcase the Piedmont wines of Poderi Luigi Einaudi. Chef Daniele Baliani is cooking a five-course prix fixe with Barolo-friendly dishes like pan-roasted quail with toasted polenta and seared venison in espresso rub.
