What’s trendy, tasty, and packed with vital nutrients? It’s tinned fish, of course, and you can eat your fill of the briny eats every Tuesday night at Puritan Oyster Bar. Chef Will Gilson’s petite Inman Square spot, adjacent to Puritan & Co., has teamed up with their pals at Island Creek on a special tinned fish menu available (in addition to the regular menu) every Tuesday from 5:00pm to close. Check out the spread below to start planning your next fishy feast. Each tin is served with saltines, pickled vegetables, herb butter and sea salt, and there’s lots to choose from between razor clams, scallops, tuna belly, octopus and more. You can wash everything down with a chilled glass of rosé or local brew, and don’t forget to add a few house-made Parker rolls for the table.
