Resy is rolling out The Classics Remix, a tribute to iconic local restaurants, with weekend-long pop-ups across 10 cities in the US and London. To celebrate each city’s famous eateries, select locations team up to create a multi-course remix menu that puts a spin on some signature dishes. From Thursday, November 11th through Saturday, November 13th, Joanne Chang (award-winning baker, cookbook author and chef-owner of both Flour Bakery + Cafe and Myers + Chang) will be collaborating with Cafe Sushi, a Harvard Square staple since 1984, to create an exclusive take-out sushi dinner for $49 per person (including tax and fees).
