Somerville gets a little sweeter Wednesday, September 9th through Sunday, September 13th with Journeyman’s Taza Chocolate Week. The culinary innovators are teaming up with the local chocolatier to present a nightly four-course dessert tasting menu featuring the Mexican-style, stone-ground chocolate. On Thursday, September 10th, the chefs move Taza to the main course with a five-dish dinner menu inspired by the chocolate production process—from roasting to grinding to molding.
