Chef Tatiana Rosana (two-time Chopped champ) just wrote a whole new winter menu for Outlook Kitchen + Bar at the Envoy Hotel, and on Wednesday, December 5th, you can taste your way through it in a single meal. From 7:00 to 10:00pm, enjoy a five-course highlight reel that will walk you through the menu from beginning (shrimp and scallop ceviche with macadamia tigre de leche) to end (“Beeramisu,” with lady fingers and stout syrup), and each course will be artfully paired with a beer from Castle Island Brewing.
