On Thursday, March 29th, the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay brings together some of the city’s top culinary talent for an exquisite evening of food and wine (and beer, and live musical entertainment) at the 12th annual Taste of the Back Bay. Presented by Wachovia Securities, the evening’s festivities, which run from 6:30-9:30pm in the Atrium at the Copley Mall, have a green and elegant theme in recognition of the environmental issues we face locally, nationally and internationally. Look for your favorite area restaurants – among the evening’s participants are Avila, Azure, blu, Bouchee, Excelsior, Finale, Great Bay, Grill 23 & Bar, L’Espalier, Mela, Piattini, Rustic Kitchen Bistro & Bar, Tapeo, Top of the Hub and Turner Fisheries. Tickets, if purchased in advance, cost $75 for members of the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay and $85 for non-members (you can also buy them at the door for $95 each, if there are any left). Proceeds support the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay’s work in protecting the historic Back Bay for residents, workers and visitors.
