Supper Club is back at North Shore’s acclaimed Lucille Wine Shop & Tasting Room in Lynn, and the first chef to pop up in 2023 on Thursday, January 26th is Forage’s Eric Cooper. Certified sommelier and shop owner Sarah Marshall welcomes a local chef each month to serve a collaborative five-course dinner and selects the wine pairings from the extensive collection of wines that tend to focus on biodynamic, organic and multi-generational growers — just the types of wines that Forage’s globally-inspired cuisine is designed for. Marshall and Forage’s founder Stan Hilbert also crossed paths at L’Espalier, so it will be a very fun evening of reminiscing.
