Get your Irish eyes a’smilin’ this St. Patrick’s Day with a whiskey dinner at Para Maria. On Sunday, March 17th, chef Tatiana Pairot Rosana and her team at the swanky spot inside the Seaport’s Envoy Hotel will be putting on a four-course feast all paired up with some of the Emerald Isle’s finest spirits. Look for courses like Shepherd’s Hand Pie in garlic puff pastry with lamb jus and herbs; and Corned Duck and Cabbage with beef tallow potatoes and mustard sauce. Check out the menu below and grab your tickets here for $75 each. The evening starts with a reception from 5:30 to 6:00pm, before a sit-down dinner in the dining room. Everything wraps up at 9:00pm, which leaves you plenty of time to explore the St. Paddy’s nightlife happening around the waterfront.
