So the holidays are over and you’re feeling a little let down. It’s understandable. Luckily for all you seasonally affected diners, Red Rock Bistro has just the cure for what ails you with their Wine & Spirits Series. Every Tuesday, the Swampscott eatery takes on a different vineyard or distillery and plans an entire evening around the featured libation. Whether it’s a tour through six lovely wines, a brief history of a storied and lurid spirit or a lesson in personalized wine blending, each week will be a little different. Though of course, one constant will be a little something delicious from chef Joe Guarino, whether its just a few appetizers, or a multi course meal. The weekly sessions begin at 7:00pm but prices vary so consult the schedule below and be sure to check out the website for a full listing of events and prices.
