Have a casual night out with craft drinks, good vibes and juicy burgers at Catalyst. Now through the end of February, chef William Kovel‘s Kendall Square restaurant is offering a curated bar-only menu of specialty burgers paired with bourbon, burgundy or beer. Have your choice of protein — Painted Hill Painted Hill natural beef patty, black bean or mushroom burger — and then choose from eight different set-ups including the “I’m So Fancy… You Already Know” with seared foie gras and black truffle butter and the Burger Madame with fried egg, bacon and cheddar cheese. Plus, for an extra $3 you can sub out your fries for onion rings. Catalyst’s bartenders will help you choose from a selection of spirits and beer to find the perfect match for your meal, whether you want a classic Woodford Reserve or a simple beer on tap. They don’t take reservations at the bar, but you can pop in Monday through Saturday any time between 3:00 and 8:00pm and the team will get you squared away.
